‘Kalliste’ comes from the ancient Greek meaning “for the fairest”. The word was written on a golden apple and presented to the gods. The three goddesses Hera, Aphrodite, and Athena quarreled over who was the fairest and deserved to keep the apple. With the judgment of Paris, the wheels were set in motion to start the Trojan War. Though the story is not a happy one, it serves as great inspiration for this brand.
